Day 7: WHAT AN EXCITING DAY @ the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. These Olympics = one the most amazing this I have ever experienced.
Not only was it spring weather (+12 today) but tonight (thanks very much to Andrew +Kate) I was invited to attend the Victory Celebrations @ BC Place with their family.
I’ve never felt so blessed AND so proud to be Canadian.
Starting with Chirstine Nesbitt’s gold in speed skating
they weren’t kidding when they say THE WORLD IS HERE!!!!
and what a way to celebrate her BIRTHDAY! much love and congrats to our silver medal winner Marianne St-Gelais
and while I was documenting the medal ceremony – yea! to team Canada and shout out to Crosby (shootout winner who wins it for Team Canada in hockey)
and last but not least, big shout out to my boy – the flying tomoto – USA’s Shaun White for his outstanding performance and winning his halfpipe gold
WOW! what a day. I am so blessed!
