bad news: I’ve been sick with a cold for a few weeks, and I couldn’t seem to shake it.

good news: I FINALLY went to the doctor  + got some antibiotics and now on the mend. YAY!

While being sick, I’ve been working, editing, and asking myself, why aren’t I getting better?   (I know right, slow learner.)

Today, I’ve taken the doctors orders and I’m on the couch resting, watching Nate Berkus.

On the show is one of my FAVORITE people + celebrity chef from his TV show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri

My brain instantly flashed back to photoshoot Guy and I did together that I never blogged. Following doctor’s orders, it’s not in this post.

but, it’s now on my list of things to blog and there are a whole lot of new photos coming!

Little did I know that this little guy above, would have changed my world forever!

over the past 5 years, we have been like two peas in a pod.  We have traveled the world together on many a plane

(I can’t wait til they start giving YOU airmiles) and car.

This poor little guy has had quite the life already.  He has had a double hip replacement (bad puppy mill in which I got him) but survived the 2 major surgeries!

you have made many friends and changed many lives with your wonderful little smile and tail wagging.

I love you so much and you are the best part of my life!!  Happy Birthday my little pooch… and I look forward to another 5, 10, 15 with you! xooxox

I know where I am -  I’m in front of my tele watching my favorite dance TV show – Dancing with the Stars! I may be a bit bias – as I am rooting for my boy = Chris Jericho (team cherico)!

I photographed him a few years back when he and the rockstar bandmates needed some promotional material – for his band was called ‘FOZZY’

I think he’s doing an awesome job.  Go Chris Go!  His partner rules too – go Cheryl Burke!!!!!

Located in Manila, Philippines, Gentle Hands is a welfare agency that help at-risk children and youth with their medical, social and educational needs.

Caring for children all in various stages of rehabilitation from abuse, neglect and / or poverty, it is the only center in the Philippines that will take children with physical disabilities and the only registered facility that will take undocumented children.

Tracey is an amazing friend that always goes above and beyond. Being a photographer in the wedding industry, she was able to organize photographers and other creatives to help her raise funds to begin the building expansion project of Gentle Hands.

The expansion will house many more children, have classrooms and nursery space, along with administrative rooms for the increasing size of the orphanage.

I love the colors and it’s my favorite time of year.

As the 2010 wedding season comes to a close, November was gracious enough to keep all it’s beautiful fall colors to match Jess and Jay’s wedding. thank you
